Amosolo’s top priority is our customer satisfaction

We will accept return refund or exchange under some situations.

If the order hasn’t being send out, 

cancel and refund, exchange designs is acceptable.

If the order has already being send out, 

unfortunately, Amosolo is unable to accept return and exchange due to the logistic reasons.

About Affected Items

Amosolo has a strict QC and Packing SOP. 

however, there might be still a missing part or unforeseen situations

that might cause any affects on the items during the international shipping.

If there is any quality issues upon receiving the item, please take a video proof and send to our customer service, 

after confirming the affected part is our side of wrong doings, 

we accept the refund. 

Please kindly noted that if no image or no video proof, we are unable to accept the refund request.

Please kindly note that refund will only be accepted within 3 days upon the delivery received on your side. 

So, please kindly check the product when receive it.

The latter will be faster to receive the reply. 

Normally Amosolo customer service will reply within 24 hours. 

After confirm that the items received is affected upon receiving, 

we will arrange the refund within 48 hours. 

The refund will be fund back to the payment account, from which you have originally made.
